Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is seeking a Lift Truck Driver to operate powered industrial lift trucks in our Distribution Center, supporting receiving, shipping, order picking, inventory, and put-away while complying with safety, GMP, and labor standards.

Responsibilities include unloading inbound shipments, moving product, loading trucks/railcars per SOP, selecting orders using forklifts, and maintaining accurate records in the WMS. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

Experience operating powered industrial lift trucks.
Experience in a distribution center or warehouse.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic reading, writing, and math; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Unload inbound shipments and move product to designated areas.
Load trucks/rail cars using forklift per SOP.
Select orders for shipments using forklift and maintain inventory records in WMS.
Stack and store product; maintain records of all products received in WMS.
Maintain open communication with supervisors and team members.
Keep work area clean, neat, and orderly.
Comply with OSHA regulations, GMP and safety standards.
