Job summary

Aerotek in Walton, KY is seeking a Forklift Operator to move, load, and organize materials in a fast-paced warehouse. You will operate sit-down forklifts and reach trucks, support inventory accuracy, and assist with order picking while collaborating with a team to meet production goals.

This fully onsite contract role offers a pay range of $17.00–$18.50 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to operate sit-down forklift safely and effectively.
• Experience operating reach trucks in a warehouse environment.
• Hands-on material handling experience including loading, unloading, staging.
• Basic inventory handling including picking and placing materials.
• Strong communication to coordinate with team and follow instructions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment meeting production goals.
• Commitment to safety and equipment operating guidelines.

Responsibilities
