48forty Solutions in Hopkinsville, KY is hiring a Forklift Operator to move pallets and materials through the warehouse, support production, and assist with loading/unloading customer trailers. You may also sort pallets by hand and repair damaged pallets as needed.

This on-site position offers hourly pay of $19.00 and shifts including Saturday through Monday plus one day, or Tue-Fri evenings. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a clean, efficient work environment, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• 1-3 years forklift experience preferred.
• Experience in warehouse/logistics beneficial.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Move sorted pallet stacks to appropriate staging area using Relogistics forklift equipment.
• Forklifts must be operated with extreme care, adhering to safety procedures.
• Hand-sort wooden pallets when required.
• Repair wooden pallets using a nail gun when required.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
