Job summary

Aerotek is hiring for a Forklift Operator in Lockbourne, OH. This contract-to-hire role is fully onsite in a warehouse environment, with first, second, third, and weekend shifts available and hourly pay ranging from $20.00 to $23.75.

Candidates will operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, handle pallets and inventory, and support order fulfillment. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, transporting goods, performing order picking, and assisting with general warehouse tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
• Safe handling of pallets and loads in warehouse environment.
• Basic inventory movement and order picking understanding.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and reach trucks to load, unload, transport, and stack goods.
• Move materials around the warehouse including pallets and cases.
• Perform order picking and prepare shipments.
• Assist with general labors such as staging, wrapping, labeling, and organizing products.
