Job summary

Amcor in Richmond, IN is seeking a forklift operator to load/unload shipments and manage related paperwork. The role requires passing a written driving test and maintaining safety and GMP standards.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, keeping inventory accurate, and assisting other departments as needed while performing routine maintenance. A GED or high school diploma and related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• One year related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Requires Forklift Operator Certificate (internal training).

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load and unload shipments of product.
• Complete paperwork for shipping and receiving.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records using DC Links.
• Assist other departments when needed.
• Perform daily forklift maintenance checks.
• Follow Plant Safety rules; follow GMP/ISO/SQF/FDA requirements.
