Job summary

AMACO is seeking a Shipping Operator to join its warehouse team in Indianapolis. You will stage and sort products, pick, pack, and prepare orders, and backfill in all stations including dock, UPS, and FedEx.

The role requires operating forklifts, RF scanners, and maintaining a clean, safe work area in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities also include cycle counting, labeling shipments, coordinating shows, and meeting company standards for safety, quality, and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Forklift Certification.

Responsibilities

• Stage and sort products for loading and unloading trailers.
• Pick, pull, and prepare orders while maintaining organization.
• Work & Backfill in all stations, including dock, International, UPS/FedEx.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and label shipments.
• Weigh or count items for distribution and conduct cycle counts.
