Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Worker III - Lift Truck Driver to support our distribution center operations.

The role involves safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks, assisting with receiving, shipping, inventory, and put-away while adhering to safety standards and GMP. This temporary seasonal position emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and math.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Powered industrial lift truck qualification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Compliance with OSHA, GMP, and safety standards.
• Prior experience operating powered industrial lift trucks.
• Experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Drive pallets to and from label lines, wrapper machine, and store product in correct warehouse rows.
• Restock divider sheets and wooden pallets to gallon machines.
• Perform other driver duties as required.
• Maintain open communication with stock controllers and supervisors.
• Keep work area clean, neat, and orderly.
• Comply with OSHA, GMP, and all applicable safety standards.
• Assist in maintaining warehouse security.
