Challenge Manufacturing in Holland, MI is seeking a Forklift Operator/Material Handler for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. The role requires moving materials, loading/unloading, and maintaining inventory accuracy to support plant flow while following safety procedures.

Qualified applicants have a high school diploma or GED, basic English, and willingness to train; forklift/HiLo experience is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position at Plant 4 with diverse shifts.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Basic English to read and follow safety instructions
• One month related experience or training preferred
• HiLo/forklift experience preferred
• Ability to use basic computer skills and drive safely

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and lift equipment to move materials
• Unload, stack, and transport materials to designated areas
• Maintain inventory accuracy and supply materials as needed
• Recharge batteries or replace gas tanks as required
• Ensure safety and environmental regulations are followed
