Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is hiring forklift Material Handlers. Operate sit-down forklifts and EPJs, load/unload trucks, and stage shipments safely in a fast-paced warehouse.

Requires 3–6 months forklift experience and walkie rider or reach truck skills; high school diploma; able to work 1st or 2nd shifts. Pay $20.00–$23.00/hr with attendance, referral, and hiring bonuses and an employee ownership program.

Qualifications

• Experience operating walkie rider or stand-up reach truck.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–6 months forklift driving experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Flexibility for overtime and multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to load/unload shipments.
• Maintain warehouse area with orderly stacking and housekeeping.
• Use RF scanner and handheld devices for data entry and receipts.
• Cross-dock and stage shipments for outbound delivery.
• Ensure shipments are accurately documented and inspected.
• Assist with trailer spotting and yard organization.
