48forty Solutions in Irving, TX is seeking a Forklift Operator to load and unload pallets and move materials to keep production moving efficiently.

The position offers an hourly pay of $20.00 with Monday–Friday shifts, starting at 6:00am and ending at 4:30pm. You will join a safety-focused team in a dynamic warehouse environment with potential overtime and dependable benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of forklift experience.
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries of pallets to the correct location inside the plant.
• Move freshly cut and recycled wood to the appropriate worktable area.
• Stack finished products into trailers or storage areas.
• Maintain a safe working environment and follow PPE requirements.
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisors.

As a Forklift Operator, you’ll get to load and unload trailer with wooden pallets and move pallets inside our plants to keep manufacturing production moving efficiently! We’re looking for a motivated individual who will keep things moving at a safe and efficient pace!

Hourly Pay

$20.00/hr

Shift Monday - Friday 600am - 430pm

• Unload deliveries of pallets and/or wood to the proper location inside the plant
• Move freshly cut and recycled wood to the appropriate worktable area
• Stack finished products into trailers or to storage areas up to a safe height
• Maintain a safe working environment by lifting, stacking, and transporting materials with all other plant personnel in mind
• 1-3 years of forklift experience
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, lumber, carpentry, lumber, welding, roofing, and/or construction is strongly preferred
• Willingness to work in a labor intensive environment
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Willing to work overtime as needed
