Job summary

Genpak in Hope Hull, Alabama is seeking a Forklift Operator to move materials in our distribution center and manufacturing areas on 12-hour shifts.

You will operate forklift and PIT equipment, ensure inventory accuracy, prepare orders, load/unload trucks, and maintain a clean, safe work environment following OSHA guidelines. This role requires PIT certification, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and willingness to work 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Experience ensuring inventory accuracy and performing system transactions.
• Ability to work on 12-hour shifts and in a manufacturing/distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials and stock to staging or storage areas using forklift.
• Perform transactions to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Load and unload trucks; maintain equipment and clean work area.
