Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is actively seeking a Forklift Operator in Plover, WI to support warehouse operations, inventory control, and product movement.

You will operate forklifts and related equipment to move finished goods, materials, and supplies with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and efficiency. You will collaborate with warehouse, inventory, production, and maintenance teams across shifts; training and guidance may be provided for new staff.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates attention to detail and safety awareness in warehouse operations.
• Works effectively in a team and adapts to changing priorities.
• Maintains accuracy in inventory movement and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, push-pull equipment and other powered industrial equipment safely.
• Move, stack, load and unload finished goods and materials in warehouse and shipping areas.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and conduct basic maintenance checks (battery charging, fuel).
• Load trucks and rail cars, secure shipments, and verify documentation and product IDs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by tracking movements and locations; report discrepancies.
