Job summary

Genpak Alabama distribution center is seeking a Warehouse Associate to operate forklift equipment and move materials to staging and storage areas. You will handle barcoded transactions, restock materials, load/unload trucks, and keep the area clean and safe.

This role supports inventory accuracy, participates in annual counts, and follows OSHA safety rules. Candidates must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a manufacturing/warehouse environment with PPE as required.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate forklift and PIT equipment.
• Experience with inventory transactions and barcoding.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials and stock using forklift and material handling equipment.
• Perform system transactions to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Assist in preparing material orders and maintaining counts.
• Restock materials and pick locations for orders.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Maintain a clean facility and operate forklift daily.
