Job summary

Genpak is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to support safe, efficient distribution and storage of products. Responsibilities include operating PIT equipment per OSHA and company standards, pulling correct items, labeling verification, and documenting movements in Oracle.

You will assist with trailer inspections, inventory accuracy, and daily housekeeping while supporting truck drivers and warehouse teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Operate forklifts per OSHA requirements and company safety rules.
• Complete trailer inspections reports per plant sanitation standards.
• Use barcode scanners to process shipping orders accurately.
• Document product location, lot and bay information in Oracle.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse area daily.

Responsibilities

• Operate PIT equipment per OSHA specifications and daily checks.
• Pull correct product (including color) and verify labels before loading.
• Complete all shipping load sheets accurately using barcode systems.
• Notify supervisor of any damaged cases and conditions.
• Consolidate similar products and restack as needed for space and safety.
• Assist truck drivers with trailer location and paperwork pickup.
• Contribute to annual physical inventory and general housekeeping.
• Operate forklift safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
