Job summary

HDT Global is seeking a warehouse associate to prepare and load outgoing shipments, unload incoming goods, and support assembly with material handling. You will work under supervision to ensure accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of forklift experience, valid certification, and the ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs. On-site work in Spokane Valley, WA, with periodic overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial trucks in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
• Valid forklift operator certification from an OSHA-compliant training program.
• Familiarity with warehouse layouts, material flow, loading docks, and storage practices.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices and meet quality standards.
• Operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and stack materials.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report safety concerns.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments with accuracy.
• Deliver materials to workstations and stage finished goods for shipment or storage.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts as required.
• Document receipts and support computer system entries.
