Job summary

Point Blank Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely move materials within our warehouse and production areas, supporting inventory accuracy and on-time order fulfillment. The role requires adherence to OSHA, ITAR-related restrictions, and federal contractor requirements.

The successful candidate will operate forklifts, manage inventory movements with RF scanners and WMS, and collaborate with Shipping/Receiving, Production, and Quality teams to meet daily schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Must be a U.S. Person under export control regulations.
• English business proficiency to follow instructions and communicate about product, inventory, safety, and quality issues.
• Valid forklift operator certification or ability to obtain before operating equipment.
• Prior forklift experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing settings.
• Basic familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems for inventory transactions.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to move materials between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas.
• Load and unload pallets and crates from trucks, ensuring loads are secured before movement.
• Store and retrieve materials in racking systems according to location and FIFO/lot control.
• Use RF scanners and WMS to verify, label, scan, and track inventory movements.
