Job summary

Point Blank Enterprises in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely move materials, load/unload trucks, and stage ballistic panels within warehouse and production areas, using sit‑down and stand‑up forklifts. You will follow FIFO, use RF scanners, and ensure inventory accuracy in coordination with Shipping, Production, and Quality teams.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification or ability to obtain it, and a commitment to safety and compliance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English at business level.
• Valid forklift operator certification (or ability to obtain).
• Prior forklift experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit‑down and/or stand‑up forklifts to move materials between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas.
• Load and unload pallets, cartons, and crates from inbound/outbound trucks, ensuring loads are centered and secured.
• Store and retrieve materials in racking systems; perform FIFO/lot control and inventory procedures.
• Use RF scanners/WMS to verify, label, and track inventory movements and receipts.
• Perform picking for customer orders and work orders; stage products for quality review.
• Support cycle counts and physical inventories; reconcile variances with Inventory Control.
