Job summary

Great Southern Wood Preserving, Inc. is seeking forklift operators for our distribution operations in Missouri. This full-time role involves moving loads, stacking pallets, and ensuring accurate inventory during shift times.

• Lumber experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Moves levers and presses pedals to drive truck and control movement of lifting apparatus.
• Positions forks, lifting platforms, or other lifting devices under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials and transport load to designated area.
• Unloads and stacks material by raising and lowering the lifting device.
• Inventories materials on the work floor and supplies workers with materials as needed.
• Keeps record of inventory.
