Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Forklift Operator in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves operating PIT equipment to move, stack and count products in a high-volume warehouse. 1st shift runs 7:00AM - 3:30PM, Monday-Friday, with a pay rate of $18.06 per hour.

Responsibilities include unloading shipments, organizing products, ensuring correct counts, and maintaining safety and inventory records. Perks include weekly pay, incentives, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience using warehouse distribution equipment.
• Maintain compliance with CTDI's PIT certification requirements.
• Thoroughness and attention to detail in task completion.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office (Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Unloads inbound shipments safely and moves product to appropriate locations.
• Stacks and stores products in designated areas using a forklift, push-pull, or other powered equipment.
• Pulls and prepares products for shipment by ensuring the exact number and type of product is loaded.
• Moves product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers and the production floor.
• Operates all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following the established warehouse safety standards/regulations.
• Immediately report any incidents or accidents involving PIT equipment to a Supervisor/Manager.
• Maintains appropriate records and reports to guarantee inventory control and security.
• Assists in physical inventories.
• May require performing picking duties in an efficient manner.
• All other duties assigned, based on the business the warehouse supports.
