Job summary

48forty Solutions, LLC is hiring a Forklift Operator in Coppell, TX to move pallets and support production, loading/unloading customer trailers. You will operate Relogistics forklift equipment and sort pallets by hand when needed.

We offer competitive pay at $19.00 per hour, holiday and daily pay, and opportunities for advancement and benefits. The role requires HS diploma or GED, forklift certification preferred, and 1-3 years of forklift experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• 1–3 years forklift experience required.
• Experience in warehousing or logistics strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime and in labor-intensive environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Move sorted pallet stacks to staging areas using forklift equipment.
• Operate forklifts with care, following safety procedures.
• Hand-sort pallets when required.
• Repair pallets with a nail gun when needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
