Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Forklift Operator to operate Powered Industrial Truck equipment for moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting products/materials at our Logan Township, NJ facility. 1st Shift: 6:30AM - 3:00PM, Monday-Friday. Pay rate: $18.91/hr.

The role requires at least 1 year of warehouse distribution experience, PIT certification, and basic computer skills (Excel/Outlook). Team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• At least 1 years’ experience and/or using warehouse distribution equipment.
• Thoroughness and attention to detail in task completion.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office (Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Unloads inbound shipments safely and moves product to appropriate locations.
• Stacks and stores products in designated areas using a forklift, push-pull, or other powered equipment.
• Pulls and prepares products for shipment by ensuring the exact number and type of product is loaded.
• Moves product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers and the production floor.
• Operates all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following the established warehouse safety standards/regulations.
• Immediately report any incidents or accidents involving PIT equipment to a Supervisor/Manager.
• Maintains appropriate records and reports to guarantee inventory control and security.
• Assists in physical inventories.
• May require performing picking duties in an efficient manner.
• All other duties assigned, based on the business the warehouse supports.
