Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:45 PM, Monday–Friday) to move, count, and stage products in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will unload inbound shipments and prepare orders for shipment using PIT equipment.

The role requires at least 1 year of warehouse experience, PIT certification, and basic computer skills. CTDI offers weekly pay, health and vision insurance, a 401(k), life and disability coverage, and a supportive, team-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year’s experience using warehouse distribution equipment.
• Maintain compliance with CTDI's PIT certification requirements.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office (Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Unloads inbound shipments safely and moves product to appropriate locations.
• Stacks and stores products in designated areas using a forklift, push-pull, or other powered equipment.
• Pulls and prepares products for shipment by ensuring the exact number and type of product is loaded.
• Moves product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers and the production floor.
• Operates all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following the established warehouse safety standards/regulations.
• Immediately report any incidents or accidents involving PIT equipment to a Supervisor/Manager.
• Maintains appropriate records and reports to guarantee inventory control and security.
• Assists in physical inventories.
• May require performing picking duties in an efficient manner.
• All other duties assigned, based on the business the warehouse supports.
