XPO is hiring a Forklift Operator to join our dock team. You will efficiently sort, load and unload freight, using pallet jacks and forklifts, while adhering to safety policies and using handheld devices to track shipments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic math skills, with or without a calculator.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight.
• Operate motorized and manual equipment, including pallet jack and forklift.
• Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies.
• Work safely and follow company policies.
• Use handheld devices to scan and track shipments.
• Work on a dock not climate-controlled for extended periods.
