Job summary

McLane is hiring a Forklift Operator in Findlay, OH. You will operate standup forklifts to move materials throughout the distribution center and place product in designated areas, with occasional work at heights up to 20 feet. You must be able to read and follow safety instructions and communicate in English.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm, with competitive pay and a benefits package starting after 60 days, plus vacation, sick leave from day one, 401(k) profit sharing, and more.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift and RF Utility experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English at work level.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and transport product to assigned slots.
• Identify product to be selected, sorted and placed.
• Follow aisle specifications for product sorting and placement.
• Enter assigned product for each shift into the system.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.
