Job summary

McLane Company is hiring a Warehouse Forklift Operator in a fast-paced distribution center. You will operate stand-up forklifts to move materials and enter data into our computer system for each shift.

You must be able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods, and be available for 10-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. We offer strong benefits, 401(k) plans, and opportunities for advancement in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating a forklift or RF scanner preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for safety and task instructions.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in pallet handling and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Identify products to be picked, sorted, and placed.
• Enter products into the computer system for each shift.
• Place products in designated areas and maintain organized workflows.
• Maintain clean work areas and support safety protocols.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by supervisor.
