McLane in Kentucky is seeking a Forklift Operator to move product within our distribution center. You will operate standup forklifts, load and position items, and follow safety protocols to keep operations efficient.

Starting pay is $21.37 per hour with 7AM start; benefits begin after 60 days, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with profit sharing. Prior forklift experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous forklift experience is a plus but not required.
• English reading/writing skills needed for safety and operations.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and transport product to assigned slots.
• Identify product to be selected, sorted, and placed.
• Follow aisle specifications for product sorting and placement.
• Enter assigned product for each shift into the system.
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage.
• Other duties may be assigned.
