Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. in Findlay, OH is seeking a Forklift Operator to move materials throughout the distribution center using standup forklifts. You will work Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm, and must be comfortable working at heights up to 20 feet.

This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork. You should be able to read instructions, use RF scanners, and contribute to a safe, efficient operation. Benefits begin after 60 days, including medical, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift and RF scanner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and transport product to assigned slots.
• Identify product to be selected, sorted, and placed.
• Follow aisle specifications for product sorting and placement.
• Enter assigned product for each shift into the system.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.
• Other duties may be assigned.
