Job summary

Legacy Supply Chain is hiring Forklift Operators for our distribution center in Greenfield, IN. You will load, unload, pick, and replenish products using Cherry Picker/Order Picker, Reach Truck, and Dock Stocker operations.

A comprehensive benefits package includes PTO, 401(k) with up to 5% company match, and a monthly bonus opportunity. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, with starting pay at $21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of Cherry Picker/Order Picker, Reach Truck or Dock Stocker experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently.
• Able to work at various heights safely and follow safety regulations.
• Experience operating handheld scanners and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Drive MHE including Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, Dock Stockers, and Pallet Jacks.
• Maintain accuracy in picking, placing, and moving stock.
• Operate scales for inventory accuracy as required.
• Use WMS for inventory tracking and task management.
• Perform inbound receiving procedures and inspect for compliance issues.
• Conduct physical tasks, lift products from pallets and racks.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
