Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Denton, Texas is hiring a Forklift Operator for 1st shift (7:00am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday) with pay at $20.00 per hour. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, case picking, and moving product using powered equipment in a fast-paced warehouse.

Required qualifications include a forklift operator certificate or completion of forklift training within 30 days, plus at least 6 months of forklift operation experience and 6 months warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• Forklift operator certificate or completion of forklift-training within 30 days of employment.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Six months warehouse experience preferred.
• Six months forklift operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Move stock within the warehouse using forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
• Load and unload shipments of varying sizes.
• Use stand-up, sit-down, or clamp forklifts and electric pallet jacks as needed.
• Maintain safety standards and keep work area clean and organized.
• Assist in inventory and daily inspection of equipment.
• Follow OSHA guidelines and MSDS standards.
• Keep accurate records of materials moved and staged.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
