Carolina Beverage Group is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Mooresville, NC. The full-time, day-shift position runs 12-hour shifts (6a-6p) with a 2-2-3 schedule (15 days per month). You will manage shipping/receiving of materials, operate GMP-compliant equipment, and help maintain inventory integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ year manufacturing/warehouse experience, and familiarity with SAP. Safety, quality, and teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records with math and science skills.
• 1-3 years Warehouse/Forklift experience.

Aufgaben

• Safely operates equipment as stated by company GMPs and safety protocols.
• Assist in setting up and control of FEFO/FIFO inventory system.
• Model loads and paperwork handling best practices.
• Train/mentor new hires as assigned by Supervisors.
• Ensure production has correct packaging for the day.
• Keep accurate count of finished product.
• Verify product labeling with date code, pallet number, state, on hold, etc.
• Submit daily counts to office at end of each shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Communicate effectively with other personnel.
• Adhere to GMP and Food Safety in handbook.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
