Job summary

Carolina Beverage Group is seeking a Full Time Night Shift Warehouse Associate in Mooresville, NC. The role focuses on safe shipping/receiving of materials and finished goods, with a 12-hour night schedule (7p-7a) and 2-2-3 rotation.

The job emphasizes operating equipment per GMPs, maintaining accurate counts, and supporting FEFO/FIFO processes in a fast-paced production setting. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records with math and science skills
• 1-3 years Warehouse/Forklift experience.
• Experience with SAP or other inventory management systems.
• Experience with GMP and/or HACCP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates equipment as stated by company GMP’s and Safety protocols.
• Assist in setting up and control of FEFO/FIFO Inventory System to ensure uninterrupted flow of product and materials to the various departments of the company as requested.
• Models loads and paperwork handling best practices
• Train/mentor new hires as assigned by Supervisors
• Makes sure production has the correct packaging for the day.
• Keeps accurate count of finished product.
• Verifying product is properly labeled with date code, pallet number, state, on hold, etc.
• Submits daily counts to office at the end of each shift.
• Maintains a clean and organized warehouse.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with other personnel.
• Performs all other duties as assigned or required by supervisor\customer.
• Adhere to and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices as outlined in Employee Handbook.
• Adhere to and comply with quality production and Food Safety.
