Job summary

Carolina Beverage Group seeks a Warehouse Full Time team member in Mooresville, NC. The Forklift Admin will support dock operations, enter data, process shipping documents, and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments while safely operating a forklift.

You will verify paperwork, assign dock doors, and keep reports up to date. This role reports to the Shift Supervisor and runs on a full-time night schedule (7p–7a).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience with data entry and shipping documentation.
• Experience operating a forklift and communicating with drivers.

Responsibilities

• Check drivers in/out and enter information into systems.
• Process shipping documents including BOLs and load paperwork.
• Assign dock doors and monitor inbound/outbound shipments.
• Operate forklift and assist with loading/unloading as needed.
• Maintain accurate reports and daily dock/warehouse records.
