Job summary

Aprilaire is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our distribution center to support live unloading and distribution of finished products across the U.S. and Canada.

You will work with various transportation modes, maintaining inventory with WMS and assisting in continuous improvement within a collaborative team. The ideal candidate has experience with pallet jacks, forklifts, WMS/RF guns, and a strong focus on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Experience driving a Pallet Jack/Hand truck, AND forklift and/or reach truck.
• Experience in shipping and receiving or fulfillment (Parcel Picking).
• Experience with WMS and WMS/RF Gun.
• Positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally; stand for long periods; perform lifts and bends.

Responsibilities

• Unloading finished products and distributing loads for fulfillment.
• Receive shipments and store in designated areas.
• Learn and apply warehouse SOPs and processes.
• Understand different warehouse roles and tasks.
• Move loaded and empty trailers throughout the facility.
