Job summary

Aprilaire is seeking a Distribution Center Associate at the Westport location (NW Madison area). You will assist live unloading of finished products for distribution to our facilities, partners, distributors, customers and consumers.

Responsibilities include inventory control in the Warehouse Management System and applying standard operating procedures in a safety-focused environment. This role requires forklift operation and the ability to lift and move pallets as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic math and computer skills.
• Experience driving pallet jack/hand truck and forklift or reach truck.
• Experience in shipping and receiving or fulfillment.
• Experience with WMS and WMS/RF Gun.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Unload finished products for distribution to manufacturing facilities, suppliers, distributors, customers and consumers.
• Manage inventory and cycle counts in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Learn and apply warehouse processes and SOPs to perform duties.
• Move loads and pallets, learn various warehouse roles and operate within the facility.
