Job summary

Adecco in Southaven, MS is hiring a Warehouse Forklift Operator to join a leading distribution center. You will safely operate a variety of forklifts, pick and ship orders, and help maintain accurate inventory using scanners.

The role requires at least 1 year warehousing experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a forklift assessment. Competitive pay starts at $22.00 per hour with benefits and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in warehousing or distribution.
• Experience operating Crown Equipment pallet rider, double pallet, order picker or reach truck.
• Ability to pass a written Forklift Assessment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a variety of forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, unload, and store products.
• Accurately pick, pack, receive, and ship customer orders with scanners and warehouse systems.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and productivity goals.
• Support general warehouse functions by keeping work areas clean and organized.
• Collaborate with team members, work overtime when needed, and perform additional duties.
