Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, Inc. is seeking a forklift operator to support warehouse and yard operations. You will read specifications, maneuver forks and lifting devices, inventory materials, perform routine maintenance, maintain housekeeping, and assist with loading and unloading shipments in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with assistance), and internal certification training to ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to pass internal certification.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating documents.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Read job specifications to determine adjustments and material requirements.
• Position forks and lifting devices to move loads to designated areas.
• Inventory materials and supply workers as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance (lubricating, fueling, cleaning).
• Maintain housekeeping in assigned area.
• Load and unload customers in the yard per ship ticket.
• Other duties as assigned.
