Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA, Inc. is hiring for a warehouse associate in Wisconsin. You will perform trailer inspections, load/unload with RF scanners, receive and put away product, and ensure accurate documentation and safety compliance.

You will work in a cold warehouse environment and support ongoing shipping/receiving activities. Responsibilities include coordinating with supervisors, QA, and inventory control, and complying with GMPs and safety protocols.

Qualifications

Must be able to read and communicate in English.
Must work weekends/holidays as scheduled.
Basic math knowledge required.
Demonstrated work history.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
Able to work in cold environments around moving equipment.
Able to operate material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform trailer inspections for inbound/outbound orders and ensure trailers are secured.
Load/unload product using RF scanners and coordinate with supervisor and QA to resolve discrepancies.
Receive product from POs or stock transfers, verify counts, codes, and pallet integrity; document damages as needed.
Ensure accuracy of outbound shipments and proper weight distribution.
Put away received product and replenish pick locations; pick full pallets for orders.
Complete daily Powered Industrial Truck inspections and report safety concerns.
Follow GMPs, food safety programs, and regulatory requirements; report hazards to management.
Attend required training, shift meetings, and committees.
