Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to understand instructions in the official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures (-20F/-25C in cold storage; up to 100F/37C in dry storage).
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs (18 kg).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with varying noise levels in the work environment.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height.
• Pick palletized units out of rack locations above floor height and prepare for outbound shipment.
• Record materials, weight, counts, and condition of food items via RF system.
• Load and unload materials on and off pallets, skids, or lifting device.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Monitor and maintain battery charge; clean batteries and return equipment to charging station.
