Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Wytheville, VA is seeking a dedicated warehouse associate to unload and stage products, operate a forklift, and load pallets for local delivery. You’ll help keep brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina moving safely and efficiently.

The role requires lifting 20–45 lb cases repeatedly, standing and bending throughout shifts, and willingness to work non-traditional hours, including weekends. On-the-job training and full-time benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to lift 20-45 lb repeatedly.
• Must be able to move product through warehouse via reaching, bending, climbing, standing.
• Must be available for non-traditional shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift in a safe and orderly manner.
• Unload transport trucks delivering finished products, and store product in designated warehouse locations.
• Load empty pallets and plastic storage flats/shells for transport trucks returning to the manufacturing location.
• Load pre-made, multi-product pallets onto local delivery trucks and reload route trucks promptly and safely.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and complete daily equipment checklists/inspections while meeting productivity standards.

• Start Time: 5:45 PM
• End Time: 6:15 AM

Unload and stage product to keep beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina flowing to communities safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Operate a forklift in a safe and orderly manner
• Unload transport trucks delivering finished products, and store product in designated warehouse locations
• Load empty pallets and plastic storage flats/shells for transport trucks returning to the manufacturing location
• Load pre-made, multi-product pallets onto local delivery trucks and reload route trucks promptly and safely

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Position requires lifting cases weighing from 20-45 pounds repeatedly throughout a long work period (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires carrying and lifting cases while reaching, bending, climbing, walking/standing to move product through warehouse (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires off non-traditional shift and weekend work
