Job summary

PepsiCo in Savannah, GA is seeking a warehouse associate to build and load pallets, following load sheets to support bulk and route deliveries.

You will use an electronic order system to assure accuracy, operate a forklift or pallet jack, and wrap loads for safe transport while keeping the workspace clean and safe. The role may include weekend shifts and non-traditional hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Position requires physical labor and may include weekend work.
• Non-traditional shifts may apply; forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Hand build pallets for bulk and route trucks using load sheets.
• Use an electronic order system to ensure loading accuracy.
• Operate a forklift or power pallet jack to move product.
• Wrap and secure pallets for transport.
• Stage pallets and load into trailers; handle returns when needed.
• Mark load tickets and complete required paperwork.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment per housekeeping standards.

Build and load pallets of beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina to keep communities supplied safely, accurately, and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Hand build pallets of product for bulk and route trucks, following warehouse instructions and load sheets
• Use an electronic order system or order sheets to ensure loading accuracy for outgoing trucks and unloading for incoming trucks
• Operate a forklift and/or power pallet jack to move product to picking areas and build pallets/loads as assigned
• Wrap and secure pallets/loads when finished to maintain stability for transport
• Stage pallets and/or load product into trailers and trucks when ready, including handling returned pallets/plastic flats
• Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items and turn in paperwork for check before loading
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following proper housekeeping standards in your work area

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Position requires you to perform physical labor (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires non-traditional shifts and weekend work
• Position may require you to use a forklift or become forklift certified
