PepsiCo Inc. in Nashville, TN is seeking a forklift operator to unload and stage products to keep beloved brands flowing safely and on schedule.

You will operate a forklift, unload trucks, store products, load pallets, and maintain a clean, safe work area while meeting productivity standards. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Position requires lifting cases weighing 20-45 pounds repeatedly.
• Must carry and lift cases while reaching, bending, climbing, walking/standing to move product through warehouse.
• Position requires off non-traditional shift and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift in a safe and orderly manner.
• Unload transport trucks delivering finished products, and store product in designated warehouse locations.
• Load empty pallets and plastic storage flats/shells for transport trucks returning to the manufacturing location.
• Load pre-made, multi-product pallets onto local delivery trucks and reload route trucks promptly and safely.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and complete daily equipment checklists/inspections while meeting productivity standards.

What You’ll Do

• Operate a forklift in a safe and orderly manner
• Unload transport trucks delivering finished products, and store product in designated warehouse locations
• Load empty pallets and plastic storage flats/shells for transport trucks returning to the manufacturing location
• Load pre-made, multi-product pallets onto local delivery trucks and reload route trucks promptly and safely
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and complete daily equipment checklists/inspections while meeting productivity standards

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Position requires lifting cases weighing from 20-45 pounds repeatedly throughout a long work period (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires carrying and lifting cases while reaching, bending, climbing, walking/standing to move product through warehouse (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires off non-traditional shift and weekend work
