Job summary

A.P. Moller - Maersk is seeking a Forklift Operator in Coppell, TX to move goods through the warehouse using forklift, pallet jacks and RF guns. The role requires OSHA/TSA safety compliance and ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k match and PTO; pay starts at $20 per hour with potential overtime. Prior warehouse experience and certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required and maintained.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year warehouse experience preferred.
• Able to operate forklifts, pallet jacks and banding/shrink wrap materials.
• RF scanning experience required.
• Overtime and occasional weekends may be needed.
• Must read and follow instructions and work with others.

Responsibilities

• Pull routes and assist drivers with loading/unloading.
• Handle picking, packing, scanning and related duties.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of packaging and systems.
• Identify overages, shortages and damages (OS&D).
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklift and pallet jacks.
• Read and follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain TSA/OSHA compliant safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
