Job summary

Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC is seeking a Forklift Operator for a Monday–Friday 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM shift. This direct-hire role includes benefits and PTO from day one.

The operator will load and unload cargo, operate sit-down forklifts, and maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with TSA/OSHA guidelines. Qualified candidates will have forklift experience, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and proficiency with RF scan guns.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience required.
• RF scan gun experience required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Overtime willingness and flexibility.
• Read and follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pull route using manifest and stage freight; assist drivers in loading/unloading trucks.
• Operate forklift safely and use pallet jacks as needed.
• Handle material including picking, packing, scanning, and counting.
• Identify overages, shortages, damages (OS&D) and report findings.
• Follow TSA and OSHA guidelines; maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
