Job summary

Tyson Foods in Storm Lake, IA is seeking a Forklift Operator to transport, load, unload, and move materials in a fast-paced facility. The role requires a minimum 6 months forklift/warehouse experience and offers pay at $23.90 per hour.

Responsibilities

Transport, load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility to support production and operational needs.
Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently, following all company safety procedures.
Ensure materials are delivered to designated areas accurately and on schedule.
Inspect materials and equipment for damage, defects, or safety concerns and report issues to supervisors.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas at all times.
Follow inventory control procedures and assist with stock rotation and material organization.
Support production and warehouse operations by coordinating material flow as needed.
Comply with all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding workflow, delays, or operational concerns.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
