Starting Pay: $18.50 per hour

Additional $1.50 shift differential

Shift: 3rd

Hours: 11:30pm - 8:00am after training

What we need from you:

At Schwan's Company, we prioritize safe, clean, and healthy workspaces. We seek individuals who take this seriously.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; must be 18 years of age; 0-1 year of related experience
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to read written documentation such as scheduled moves, computer printouts, and store tickets for accurate product movement
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to co-workers, including Supervisors/Managers
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in all units of measure using whole numbers
• Ability to operate equipment such as clean-up broom, plastic compactor, forklifts, and carts
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification and license, and complete cart driver training satisfactorily
• Ability to input product/move data into terminals daily


• Ability to work in cold/freezing temperatures of 30 degrees
• Ability to understand/use Warehouse Management System (WMS) and eventually utilize SAP (Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing)
• Ability to follow detailed instructions carefully
• Computer skills and/or experience are highly beneficial
• Good communication skills and professional interaction with co-workers
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Compliance with all safety policies and OSHA regulations
• The use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required, including bump caps, safety glasses/goggles, ear plugs, hair and beard nets, gloves, and safety shoes or rubber boots
