Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely operate forklifts, EPJ, and other material handling equipment, supporting daily warehouse operations with loading, unloading, picking, and consolidation. You will uphold safety and quality standards while ensuring accurate order fulfillment and inventory control.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, at least 6 months in warehousing, and ability to operate MHE with attention to detail.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
At least 6 months of warehouse or distribution experience.
Basic math and reading skills.
Ability to operate forklift and electric pallet jack.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Follow safety and operational standards and written/verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

Safely operate stand-up and/or sit-down forklifts to move, load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate products.
Perform manual case picking and other material handling tasks as needed for order fulfillment.
Replenish inventory and maintain accurate product placement.
Prepare products for shipment, including palletizing, wrapping, and staging.
Assist with inventories and cycle counts as directed.
Communicate defects, inventory issues, or concerns to management.
