Job summary

CJ Logistics is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our Arizona warehouse on the 2nd shift. You’ll safely operate forklifts and related equipment to load, unload, pick, and consolidate pallets, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and inventory control.

We hire for reliability, safety, and teamwork, with competitive pay and benefits. Experience matters—6+ months in a warehouse setting and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of forklift or warehouse experience.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently.
• Battery/Propane safety training or certification preferred.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to move orders.
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets.
• Assist with manual case picking when directed.
• Prep and ship products with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels, and count discrepancies.
• Replenish products in the correct bays to keep flow.
• Tackle additional duties within training and scope.
