Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Forklift Operator for 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00 am–2:30 pm) to support safe operation of forklifts, EPJ, and other material handling equipment in a fast-paced warehouse. The role emphasizes accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, and adherence to OSHA PPE protocols.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least six months of warehouse experience, with opportunities to contribute to cycle counts and product staging while ensuring quality

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Six months of related warehouse or distribution experience or equivalent.
• Basic math and reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up and/or sit-down forklifts to move, load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate products.
• Conduct manual case picking and other material handling tasks as needed for order fulfillment, using MHE like EPJ.
• Replenish inventory and maintain accurate product placement in storage bays.
• Prepare products for shipment, including palletizing, wrapping, and staging per shipping requirements.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts as directed.
