Job summary

You will also maintain inventory records, inspect equipment, and cooperate with teams to ensure timely production flow. Requires at least 6 months forklift experience and willingness to work in very cold conditions, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• 6 months forklift experience listed on the application (can be from multiple employers).
• Ability to operate stand-up forklifts and reach trucks in a freezer environment.
• Willingness to work in very cold conditions and adhere to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Unload/Load materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places.
• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
• Transport raw materials to production workstations
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance.
• Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs through accurate paperwork and/or electronic scanning.
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment while driving within the facilities.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Safely operate stand-up forklifts and reach trucks in a fast-paced freezer environment.
• Responsible for transporting, staging, and storing products while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards.
