Job summary

Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC is hiring for a full-time warehouse associate on the 2nd shift. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, picking, packing, scanning, and ensuring accurate, timely handling of cargo within a fast-paced environment.

You will operate forklifts and other equipment, monitor for OS&D issues, and follow TSA/OSHA safety guidelines while maintaining quality in every step of the process.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse operations and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pull routes using manifest and assist Drivers to load/unload trucks.
• Handle duties like picking, packing, scanning, and counting products.
• Ensure timeliness, proper packaging, and accurate system updates.
• Identify overages, shortages, and damages and document them.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklift and pallet jacks.
• Follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced environment and maintain TSA/OSHA compliance.

Shift Schedule: 2nd shift 12:00 PM-8:30 PM Tues-Sat (morning 8:00 AM)

Schedule: 7pm-5:30am

Responsibilities

• Utilizing manifest to pull route, stage freight, and assist Drivers to load and unload trucks
• Material handling may include one or more of the following: picking, packing, scanning, kitting (as applicable), counting products and other like duties
• Must ensure timeliness, packaging, and systems work is completed accurately
• Identifying and annotating overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D)
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklift, pallet jacks, etc.
• Read and follow detailed and defined instructions in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure safe and secure work environment including all TSA and OSHA guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

Pay Range: $23.00 per hour *The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
